We first contacted Dave at Derry Plumbing and Heating inquiring about a Daikin mini-split cooling system to replace our window unit air conditioners. We contacted several heating/plumbing companies. Our first experience with Derry Plumbing and Heating was an installation of a Daiken Mini-Split which we are very satisfied with, not only the unit, but the service. So, naturally when our furnace began leaking we called Dave again. He promptly came out and assessed if it could be fixed or if needed to be replaced. Due to the nature of the issue and age of the furnace we quickly realized replacing the furnace was the right course of actions. Of course, this occurred recently at the busiest time of the year, but, they were able to schedule us quickly. Again they showed up as scheduled and were very courteous. We are very happy with the furnace we have the hottest water we have ever had. Thank you again Derry Plumbing and Heating. Two thumbs up!

The appointment was scheduled for between 8-8:30 this am. Tyler called 15 minutes ahead as promised (8:15). He was so pleasant and explained everything beforehand as well as upon completion. I feel confident our issues are resolved and would recommend DERRY Plumbing and Heating. Keep it local!!
